The blend of artistic and technical aspects of visual computing has always fascinated me. I especially enjoy applying my technical knowledge to add functionality to a program and then being able to visually analyze the end results – be it for data visualization, simulations, or 3D-editing tools.

- Designed custom shaders to visually detect and highlight subtle surface defects such as wrinkling, enabling users to improve production quality.
- Implemented novel techniques to gain overview and navigate around cluttered 3D scenes.
